Vodotech Inc provides professional CCTV installation, surveillance system design, AI video analytics, access control, and ongoing maintenance services in the greater Chicago metropolitan area.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or in-person consultations are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Installation & Warranty

• All installations are performed by licensed and insured technicians
• Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers
• Vodotech provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations
• Maintenance plans are available for extended coverage

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the installation site
• Ensure access to the property for scheduled installations
• Maintain equipment as recommended in provided documentation
• Comply with local laws regarding surveillance and recording

5. Limitation of Liability

Vodotech Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Cancellation Policy

Installations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials used and labor performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vodotech Inc and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
